Society is grappling with an increasingly significant challenge: a mounting toll of property damage and casualties resulting from both man-made and natural disasters. In this complex landscape, numerous independent decision makers and stakeholders come into play, including federal and local governments, the private and non-profit sectors, private citizens, as well as adaptive adversaries. In this research, we will explore the application of a game-theoretical framework to enhance disaster management. Furthermore, we will introduce recent research addressing vital areas such as social media misinformation management, fire management, supply chain resilience, and homeland security.
